Pantelis G. Lemos

Pantelis G. Lemos is the founder of Sea Tribute Shipmanagement Ltd. He obtained his Degree in Economics from the National Kapodestrian University of Athens on July 2009.
On September 2012 he obtained his MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School of City University in London.
From 2010 to 2012 has gained experience by internships to Athens based chartering brokers, DNA Maritime Inc., and London based insurance brokers, JLT Group Plc.
Between 2012 and 2016 he was employed in the family owned company Blossom Maritime Corporation where he held the position of the General Manager.
In 2016 he founded Sea Tribute Shipmanagement Ltd in Piraeus managing Dry Cargo vessels.
He is a member of the Leon and Aspasia Lemos family charitable foundation. He is also a Cass Business School Alumni and a member of BIMCO 39. 

DPA / CSO

Dimitris Dimou

Dimitris Dimos: is a Naval Architect and Mechanical Engineer, a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). 
He possesses extensive experience in the maritime sector, having held senior roles including Designated Person Ashore (DPA), Company Security Officer (CSO), and Technical Superintendent.
In his capacity as DPA/CSO, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with evolving international maritime regulations, strengthening safety management systems, and supporting operational excellence. He has a proven track record in preparing and guiding vessels to achieve high performance during Port State Control (PSC) inspections and RightShip vetting inspections, Flag inspections and various Class Surveys  consistently contributing to improved safety and security standards and regulatory compliance across fleet.
He joined Sea Tribute in April 2026.

Operations Manager

Ioannis Pediaditis

Ioannis Pediaditis is a senior maritime professional with extensive experience in bulk carrier operations and technical management. 
He has held key leadership positions including Operations Manager, Safety Manager, and Crew Manager, overseeing multi-vessel fleets across the handy, supramax, and panamax segments.
With a strong seagoing background, he graduated from the Merchant Navy Academy of Aspropirgos in 2001 and has also completed the ICS Professional Maritime Programme.
He joined Sea Tribute in May 2026.

Crew Manager

Maria Karanika

Maria Karanika is a maritime professional, with a progressive career spanning over a decade. She started her professional journey with Blossom Maritime Corporation in March 2015 and has been with Sea Tribute Shipmanagement Ltd. since October 2016. She is currently specializing in Crew Management. She is experienced in crew matters' handling, crew changes, manning coordination, certification compliance and candidate selection.
Holds a BSc in Shipping (2014), completed the ICS Professional Maritime Programme (2022–2023) and also the Lloyd's Maritime Academy Diploma of Education in Crew Management (2025).

Junior Operator

Eugenia Anastasiou

Jenny Anastasiou is a maritime professional with solid experience in vessel operations, insurance, and commercial coordination within the shipping industry.
She has been actively involved in a wide range of operational activities, including voyage execution, agency coordination, insurance renewal, freight and hire settlements, as well as charter party review and claims handling.
Prior to joining the company, she worked as an Operations & Insurance Officer at Central Mare Inc., where she supported the daily operations of a tanker fleet, ensuring smooth coordination between vessels, agents, and stakeholders, while also managing insurance arrangements and operational reporting.
She holds an MSc in Shipping Management from Alba Graduate Business School and a BSc in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus.
Jenny is fluent in English and brings a strong analytical and operational mindset, with a keen interest in developing further within vessel operations.
She joined Sea Tribute Shipmanagement Ltd in March 2026 as a Junior Operator.
